How do you cancel an order?
- Contact us: If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you reach us, the more likely we are to stop shipping.
- Before shipping: We will do our best to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
- After shipment: If your order is already on its way, we can no longer cancel the order. In this case, you can contact our customer service to arrange a return after you receive the package.
